Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items in their original packaging. See Shipping & returns.
Warranty claims
Send us your order number and a short description of the issue on WhatsApp and we'll triage within one business day.
Payment problems
If a Paystack payment fails but money was deducted, it usually reverses within 24 hours. Forward the bank SMS to orders@thedigitplus.com and we'll chase it.
