How delivery is priced
Delivery is calculated by destination and the weight of your order. We're based in Abuja, so Abuja delivery is a low flat rate at any weight; everywhere else in Nigeria is priced by the total weight of the items you order. You choose Standard or Express at checkout and see the exact price before you pay.
Abuja (FCT)
- Standard — 1–2 business days, ₦3,000 flat, any weight.
- Express — Same or next day, ₦4,500.
Rest of Nigeria
Standard delivery by total order weight:
- Up to 2 kg — ₦7,000.
- 2–5 kg — ₦15,000.
- 5–10 kg — ₦25,000.
- 10–20 kg — ₦35,000.
- Over 20 kg — ₦50,000.
3–7 business days for Standard, 1–3 business days for Express. Express is 1.5× the Standard rate for the same weight.
Free standard delivery
Orders of ₦1,000,000 or more ship Standard free, anywhere in Nigeria. Express is a paid upgrade and is never free.
Digital products (software licences) are delivered by email — there's no shipping to pay.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return most items in their original packaging. We don't accept returns on activated software or items that have been physically damaged after delivery.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued via Paystack and typically settle within 3–10 working days, depending on your bank.
